Gutteral Bleeding is a 4 piece Experimental Death Metal band from the most brutal island in the whole world… Tasmania!!
Gutteral Bleeding formed mid ’05 with the line up of Nathan (drums) Dylan (guitar) Josh (vocals) and Ryan (bass), Together they started creating Industrial tech metal, With the intentions to release a split CD with fellow tas band, Vivisection. This was planned to come out before Christmas, sadly this never happened and both bands slowly faded away as interest was lost, all members of GB took some time to pursue their own individual musical interests, in other words… side projects. :D
In late December/early January ’06 Nathan, Ryan and Josh got together, and decided to revive GB. Unfortunately, Dylan wished to pursue his solo career further, Thus Prompting a change of line up, Which at the time was: Josh (vocals) Ryan (guitar) and Nathan (bass), with the band turning towards a drum machine to provide them with all the blasting they could ever need. But with the lack of interest in the bass (and skill) Nathan reverted back to the drums, giving GB the real drum sound that was originally intended. Unfortunately this left GB with no bass guitarist. After some searching, Ryan found the perfect person for the position. The next week Dave was brought in and included into the band. That week, GB recorded there first demo for the public, titled Brutality In The Chicken Shed.
Gutteral Bleeding are now attempting to write and record their first Demo EP disc entitled “Tales of the Brutal Slaughter” which should hopefully be completed by late ’06 to mid ’07 if all goes to plan… which it most likely wont but yeah!
